QuidditchUK announces Event Minimum Roster Policy

From the 2018/2019 season onwards, QuidditchUK will require mandatory minimums to submit a legal roster for a QuidditchUK tournament. Teams must still make this roster requirement when registering at the actual tournament.

This policy has been introduced to avoid forfeiture due to injuries or unforseen absences ruling out smaller teams – we no longer believe 7 player rosters are feasible for tournaments that span an entire weekend where teams are expected to play in excess of 6 games.

The policy only includes official QuidditchUK tournaments, and does not include tournaments or fixtures run by quidditch clubs or other organisations.
